Custom programming, database work, data importing/conversion, and web design is available. The rate for most work is $75.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. Current customers will be invoiced with payment due within 10 days. New customers will need to provide credit card information (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) along with authorization to charge that account. Other payment arrangements may also be made, but please keep in mind that one way we keep our rates low is by eliminating the potential for collection problems.
If you have a large batch of contributions with the information in a spreadsheet, we can usually import that information directly into your database file. Most importing can be done within the one-hour minimum, meaning that the cost would be $75. So far, every importing project has been done in under an hour, but if you’re not sure about your data, please don’t hesitate to send a sample of your data for us to check.
